There continue to be discrepancies in the permit boundary <br />for Eckman Park. The description as provided by FAX on <br />June 25, 1992 does not match the Permit Renewal Map #1 in <br />the following areas: <br />T4N, R86W Section 19, E1/2 SW1/4, NE1/4 SW1/4 <br />TSN, R86W, Section 30, W1/2 minus the NW1/4 NW1/4 NE1/4 <br />(NE1/4 cannot be in the W1/2) <br />TSN, R86W, Section 29, S1/2 SW1/4 should be replaced by <br />SE1/4 SW1/4, SE1/4 SW1/4 SWl/4. <br />The accurate permit boundary should be represented on <br />important maps such as surface ownership, coal ownership, <br />annual reclamation, roads, facilities, drainage, water <br />monitoring and livestock tanks. Correction of maps should <br />be coordinated with the response to question 5 above. <br />10. There were no page numbers on "assumed" pages 778-1-14, 778- <br />1-5, 778-1-11, 778-1-10. Please number all pages for <br />insertion into the permit document. <br />Please respond to the above questions given the proposed renewal <br />date of October 17, 1992. Please be advised that additional <br />minor questions concerning pages, clarifications, organization <br />may arise prior to the decision date.
