Long <br />Division Director <br />The application for a conversion from a 110(2) to a 112 permit, Permit No. M-84-094, was <br />deemed complete on June 30, 1993. Your application has been scheduled for a decision by <br />the Division on September 28, 1993. <br />Before your application can be approved by the Division, you will need to address the <br />following adequacy items in order to satisfy the applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101, <br />et. seq., and the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. Please provide a response to each item by September 16, 1993. <br />Adequacy Items <br />Please respond to the concerns expressed in the attached Division of Wildlife <br />letter. The Division would agree with the DOW's recommendations. <br />/2.
