M-77-153 <br />On behalf of out client Hazeltine Investment Association I will <br />respond to your adequacy review letter of October 29, 1997 in the <br />order presented. <br />There is a discrepancy between Maps C and Map F, because Map <br />C shows the area as it looks now and Map F show how we think it <br />will look when the reservoir is complete. I prepared a sketch map <br />showing why there is a difference. It contains two different plats <br />one showing only the water surface outlines for each respective map <br />and the other show the different area you requested information on. <br />The green area is the treatment area peninsula to be removed (9.52 <br />ac. ±) and the blue area is the widening and lengthening area <br />(15.98 ac. ±). <br />Rather that replot the maps and make copies, i have drawn the <br />powerline on your copies and replaced the maps in the Adams County <br />Clerk and Recorders office with revised maps. Thank you for <br />pointing this out to me. <br />We understand this requirement and think it is the easiest way <br />to handle the slope design submittal. Once the lake is dewatered <br />we will know how to proceed, If lining is feasible we will submit <br />a Technical Revision with the liner design and an interim reclama- <br />
