If any surface disturbance is to occur the BLM
has stipulated that the area will be surveyed to determine if
eligible cultural resources will be impacted.
If unidentified cultural resources are discovered during mining
activities, work must be interrupted until the resources have been
evaluated in terms of the National Register criteria, 36 CFR 60.4,
in consultation with this office.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this project. If we
may be of further assistance please contact Jim Green at (303) 866-
4674.
Sincerely,
~'-~ ~ ~~
James E.
