Stipulation 24, addressed previously, was resolved May I, 2003 <br />Stipulation 25 was placed on the permit as a result of TR-28, on November 3, 1997. The stipulation required the <br />operator to reevaluate designs for Sediment Pond 006. The stipulation was resolved by TR-29, approved on March 13, <br />1998. <br />Stipulation 26 was placed on the permit as a result of TR-28, on November 3, 1997. The stipulation required the <br />operator to revise the backfilling and grading schedule for 006 Gulch and the North Block Area. The stipulation was <br />resolved by MR-47, approved December 22, 1997. <br />Stipulation 27 was placed on the permit as a result of TR-29 on December 8, 1997. The stipulation requved [he <br />operator to survey the sediment level in Pond 006 and provide a cleanout plan, if necessary. The stipulation was <br />resolved based upon information submitted on May 26, 1998. <br />Stipulation 28, addressed previously, was resolved November 14, 2001. <br />Stipulation 29, addressed previously, was resolved April l9, 2002. <br />Stipulation 30, addressed previously, was resolved by information submitted June 20, 2003 <br />
