waters of the United States, the discharge of dredged or till material into waters of the United States, and the transportation of

A relocation of Tomichi Creek channel. 10,735 cy of overhurgen and gravel will be
excavated to form a new channel and placed in berms on the north and south sides of
the new channel. 4 rock dams containing 180 cy total of plus 6" site screened rock
will be installed across the channel to re-establish fisheries habitat. Sand and
gravel will be extracted in the area north of the relocated channel. (See block 14)
