The Division received a letter of objection to your Spotted Burro Pit Conversion Application on
March 27, 2000. As a result, we will be holding an informal conference on this matter on April
24, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. The conference will be held at the Florence Town Hall which is located
at 300 West Main in Florence, Colorado. We wou]d ask that you or a representative of yottr
company be present at this conference. This is important as instructions on the entire objection
process are given out during this conference. These include covering the informal conference
process, the pre-boazd conference process, the application review process, and the board hearing
if the objection proceeds that faz. An informal conference packet covering some of these items in
more detail is also enclosed with this letter.
