Bear, Deceased, as grantors, <br />and Atlantic Richfield Company as purchaser, embracing the following <br />described lands inuunnison County, Colorado: <br />Part of the SE/4 SE/4 of Section 9, Township 13 South, Range 90 West, <br />6th P.M., described as commencing at a point from which the southeast <br />corner of said Section 9 bears south 470 21' east 1,100 feet; then <br />north 40 30' west 139 feet; then east 258 feet; then south 213 feet; <br />then northwesterly in a straigi~t line a distance of 258 feet, more or <br />less, to the point of beginning. <br />Containing 1.00 acre mare or less <br />9. Warranty Deed dated December 3, 1973 covering both surface and minerals, <br />exclusive of coal, between James P.
