Boazd's Consideration and Adoption of the Pre-hearing Order:
The Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall present this Pre-heazing Order to the Board for
adoption. The Board will heaz any objections to the proposed Order at that time, and will
make any necessary amendments prior to adopting the Order.
2. Division's Introduction:
The Division shall have 5 minutes in which to present an overview of the application.
Applicant's Presentation:
The Applicant shall have 10 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Boazd.
Witnesses maybe cross-examined following their testimony.
4. Objector's Presentations:
The Objector(s) shall have 10 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Boazd.
Witnesses maybe cross-examined following their testimony.
5. Division's Presentation:
The Division shall have 10 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Boazd.
Witnesses may be cross-examined following their testimony.
6. Public Comment Period:
Members of the public who are not parties to this action shall have 5 minutes collectively
to address the Boazd.

The Applicant shall have 10 minutes to make a rebuttal statement.
