To rectify this
situation, EFCI has surveyed and re-mapped the loadou[ area. Accompanying this letter are
three copies of the Loadou[ Area Existing Topography Map (Map 30) which shows the existing
topography a[ the loadout. Map 30 is a new permit map and should be placed in Volume 5 of
the existing Permit Application.
After Map 30 was completed, EFCI compared the existing topography with [he proposed post-
mining topography. In balancing the cvt and fills, EFCI made a few small changes to the
proposed pos[-mining topography. However, [he general post-mining configuration was not
changed. Also accompanying [he letter are three copies of the revised Loadout Area Post-
Mining Topography Map (Map 29) which should replace the existing Map 29.
This should complete all remaining issues pertaining to TR-20 adequacy review.
