The mining plan is to take between 2-4" of topsoil off, take the gravel/sand <br />underneath, replace the topsoil and reseed as required. <br />iM ~ ~ <br />3. The proposed road to be used for the mining operation is ~ outhwest of the pit <br />area, heading southwest or northeast. <br />4. Since the gravel minE~d will be utilized "as is" for county road maintenance, <br />there will be no additional processing.
