LOnR <br />Division Director <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.08.6(6) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, <br />this letter is to notify Honeywood Coal Company of the Division's decision to approve <br />Honeywood's request to transfer the permit for the Hamilton Mine. Enclosed are copies of <br />the signed request for Transfer of Coal Permit and Succession of Operator, the Division's <br />Findings in regard to the request, and the approval notice for your files. <br />Please be advised that this notice initiates a 30-day period during which any person with <br />an interest which is or may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing on the <br />decision. Such requests shall be in writing and state with reasonable specificity the <br />reasons for the request and objections to the decision.
