Preliminary review of the information <br />received determined that the following items mast be received before the Division can twnsider yore application as being <br />submitted and technical review caD begin: <br />APPi.if'ATiiiN RnRM, The Division did not receive a completed application form. Description steal! be by township, range, and <br />sectioq to at least the nearest quarter-quarter section. A metes and bounds survey description is also <br />acceptable. Also, the strcet address or lot number(s) may be used This information is available from the <br />County Assessor's office or U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) maps. <br />F.XNiRi'(:R. _ Mai 1E. 6_i 51e (1) In addition to the reEPtiremeE3ts of 6.2.1(2), you must provide a map that <br />cleazly describes the features associated with the mining plan and the components of tbe Reclamation Plan. <br />Lrclude one map for the mine plea aad one map for the Reclamation Plan. The map(s) must be drawn to a scale <br />no smaller than appropriate to clearly show all elements that aze required to be delineated by the Act and these <br />Rules; show a north arrow, note any section corners adjacent to the proposed operatioq and indicate the date <br />illustrated.
