EXHIBIT A -LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />This information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br />6.4.1 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br />Regulations: <br />Property Description: <br />Two (2) Parcels Of Land Being More Particularly Described As Follows: <br />Parcel 1: <br />The Southwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter (SW1/4 NE114) and the West one-half of the <br />Southeast one-quarter (W112 SE1/4) of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 67 West Of The 6th P.M., <br />County of Weld, State of Colorado except that portion as conveyed by Quit Claim Deed recorded May 12, <br />1987 at Reception No. 2099392. <br />Parcel 2: <br />A tract of land being a part in the Southeast one-quarter (SE1/4) of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 67 <br />West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, being more particulady described as: <br />Considering the West line of the West one-half Southeast one-quarter (W1/2 SE1/4) of said Section twenty- <br />fve (25) to bear North 00 degrees 09' 55" East and all bearings contained herein relative thereto: <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of the West one-half Southeast one-quarter (Wt/2 SE1/4) of said <br />Section twenty-five (25) whence the South one-quarter (5114) corner of said Section twenty-five (25) bears <br />South 00 degrees 09' 55" West, 956.79 feet; thence along the West line of the West one-half Southeast <br />one-quarter (W1/2 SE1/4) of said Section twenty-five (25), North 00 degrees 09' S5" East, 701.90 feet; <br />thence leaving said West line of the West one-half Southeast one-quarter (W112 SE1/4) of said Section <br />twenty-five (25), North 82 degrees 57' 58" East, 312.97 feet; thence South 00 degrees 09' 55" West, 701.90 <br />feet; thence South 82 degrees 57' 58" West, 312.97 feet to the point of beginning.
