4.0 EXHIBIT C -PRE-MINING AND MINING PLAN MAP OF AFFECTED <br />LANDS <br />4.1 Immediately Adjacent Land Owners of Record <br />Property ownership information for immediately adjacent surface landowners of record is <br />contained on EXHIBIT B-1. <br />4.2 Surface Features <br />There are no changes from the existing permit for this sub-heading. <br />4.3 Topography <br />The current topographic configuration of the site is contained on the attached map. This <br />topographic map was prepared in October of this yeaz by Aero-Metric of Ft. Collins Colorado. <br />4.4 Area of Affected Lands <br />The permit area covers 73.7 acres. The total area expected to be disturbed, including the <br />mine areas, permanent and temporary overburden and topsoil stockpiles, and access roads is <br />approximately 59.59 acres of the 73.7 permitted acres. <br />4.5 Vegetation <br />There aze no changes from the existing permit for this sub-heading. <br />4.6 Permanent or Man-Made Structures <br />There are no changes from the existing permit for this sub-heading. Since mobile <br />equipment aze used to mine and process the products sold, the only permanent man-made <br />structures present that will remain after the completion of mining and reclamation are the power <br />lines. The State Land Board has requested the removal of the railroad spur from their property at <br />the end of mining. Based on work by Mr. John Hickman of Lafarge as referenced in his April <br />1995 letter to Mr. Allen Sorenson, ownership of the portion of the spur that is on the State Land <br />Boazd's land is uncleaz. In order to accommodate their request and present the most <br />conservative reclamation estimate, Lafarge has assumed that it is indeed owned by them and <br />
