The <br />revision was submitted by Western Fuels-Colorado. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act <br />and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />The revision addresses a change in the design of the drainage channel known as the Krill Drainage Channel. <br />The surface coal mining operation on land located near the town of Nucla, Colorado. The permit azea is further <br />described as follows: <br />Portions of: SW'k, Section 25, Township 47 North, Range 16 West <br />N'fz, Section 36, Township 47 North, Range 16 West <br />SW'k NW'k, Section 31, Township 47 North, Range 15 West <br />NW'k SW'k, Section 31, Township 47 North, Range 15 West <br />E'k, Section 6, Township 46 North, Range 15 West <br />E'h W'fz, Section 6, Township 46 North, Range 15 West <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Nucla. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Montrose County <br />Courthouse Annex in Nucla, Colorado, and at the Division office. For additional information or to provide <br />written comments, contact the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. In order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that <br />comments be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this letter.
