PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division), 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />215, Denver, Colorado 80203 previously published notices in this newspaper announcing <br />the Division had begun the process of terminating regulatory jurisdiction over the <br />reclaimed Blue Flame Coal Mine. The notices were published for four consective weeks, <br />beginning March 4, 2004. The Blue Flame mine site is located approximately seven <br />miles southwest of Hesperus, Colorado in the NEl/4NE'/< and NW'/<NE'/< of Section 31, <br />T35N, Rl l W. Since publishing the notices, additional reclamation work has been <br />conducted on the site; therefore, the Division has ceased processing of the termination of <br />jurisdiction, and continues to retain jurisdiction over the mine site. <br />
