As we discussed he advised me that the <br />Landmark AVS complication would probably take at least 90 days to work through the system, <br />even if a hearing on the subject was today. The Division advised us ofthe condition to the permit <br />on May 19. We responded to the Oklahoma AVS on May 23, and as ofthis date the legal <br />department at Oklahoma AVS has no[ set a hearing date. <br />An exteusion of the August 17th date, or a revision of the AVS condition to the permit <br />will be required from the Division to accommodate the Oklahoma AVS legal schedule. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the termination of cessation order no. 82-04-52, for your files. <br />Also enclosed is another revised page for section 2.03.4, identification of interests. <br />Landmark Reclamation, Inc. became a separate corporation on September 30, 1994, when <br />it was reorganized and spun off from Randall and Blake Inc.
