Lung <br />Division Duec~or <br />On September 6, 1994, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your amendment <br />to change the reclamation plan on the 112 Reclamation Permit application submitted <br />for the Dowe Flats Mine, File No. M-93-041. The Dowe Flats Mine will be located in <br />Boulder County. All comment and review periods began on September 6, 1994. The <br />decision date for your application is scheduled for December 5, 1994. <br />You must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulatign in the locality of <br />the proposed mining operation once a week for four consecutive weeks. Immediately <br />after the first publication, mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the <br />boundary of the affected land. Proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified <br />Mail - Return Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology prior to the decision date. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to <br />meet the requirements of the Act.
