Included is a letter from
Gerald Hexmans, the required operator information, and four maps showing the boundaries of the areas
requested. This request is fox land that is all under the ownership of Valco, Inc. This matter is with regard
to the Corps of Engineers' Arkansas River Fisheries Habitat Restoration Project which is to begin in the
near future. Please note that Transit Mix of Pueblo is owned by Continental Materials. It is my
understanding that this relationship has already been noted and included in the bonding considerations as
this operation is self bonded.
If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
~~~
Mark Heifnex
cc: Jerry Hexmans
Mark Klune
Nov= ~10~-~
R~ = 31 ZZIo4
