MANAGEMENT <br />RECEIVED <br />~aR 2 s 20n¢ <br />Division olMineTe/s a ~epJ09Y <br />By letter dated January 16, 2004, Bowie Resources Limited, (BRL), notified the DMG <br />that BRL would be adversely affected by the DMG's proposed decision to approve <br />BRL's permit renewal application No. 4. The notice was given because BRL believed <br />the new proposed performance bond is excessive. BRL and the DMG have reviewed <br />the reclamation bond and have agreed to a acceptable bond amount, $6,879,590. <br />BRL hereby withdraws its objection to the DMG's decision to approve BRL's permit <br />renewal application No. 4.
