Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />During review of the Divisions proposed decision forms for Minor Revision numbers 199, 201 and 202, <br />Technical Revision No. 95, and Surety Increase No. I, we found an inadvertent error in the number of <br />affected acreage recorded on the proposed decision forms. MR-199 should have revised both the disturbed <br />acreage value and the affected acreage value. Unfortunately only the disturbed acreage change was entered <br />into our database.
