Box 187, Craig, CO 81626 (CDMG Permit No. C-81-010, approved <br />12/31102) intends to modify its permit with Technical Revision TR-98 to update topsoil stripping <br />and mining limits and modify road locations in G and Z Pits. <br />All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder <br />initiate from this date of filing. Trapper Mine is located 6~/z miles south of Craig, Colorado. The area <br />to which this revision applies Is: <br />TSN, R90W Portions of Sections 5 and 6 <br />TSN, R91 W Portions of Sections 1, 4 and 5. <br />All of Sections 2 and 3. <br />T6N, R90W Portions of Sections 30 and 32. <br />All of Section 31. <br />T6N, R91 W Portions of Sections 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 32. <br />All of Sections 33, 34, 35 and 36. <br />The Castor Gulch USGS 7.5-minute quadrangle map contains the location of the affected area. The <br />subject Technical Revision is available for public inspection at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. <br />Victory Way, Craig, CO. Written comments, objections, requests for public hearing or informal <br />conference concerning this permit revision may be submitted to, and additional information obtained <br />from the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, 215 Centennial Bldg., 1313 Sherman St., <br />Denver CO 80203, (303) 866-3567.
