• 33 • <br />E\HIBIT S <br />STRUCTURES WITHIN 200 FEET <br />112 PER\nT ht-9011 CONY. <br />WEST E.ND GRAVEL PI7 NO. 1 <br />WEST END GRAVEL COMPAfh' <br />SE4: SEC 11, t16?1, RI55V, "I~rPhl <br />The existing primary pit area's private graveled a4-weather access road <br />[labeled A on the nest page photo) pazallels the new pit area south boundary and enters <br />the permit area 600 feet southwest of the southeast comer. A second pre-existing access <br />road [B] enters the permit area at about the center of the west boundary and continues <br />east-to-west through the center of the permit azea into the present stockpile!process <br />worked-out area of the existing gravel pit (110 Permit No. M 9~t-011) operation. Portable <br />crushing, screening, and product handling equipment [C] and temporary product stockpiles <br />occupy the "stock/proc" [D] pit area. Oversize reject material is stockpiled in the southeast <br />comer, and temporary topsoil stockpiles fie along the north edge of the worked-out existing <br />pit area. <br />A livestock corral complex [E] lies just outside the permit area west boundary and the 650- <br />foot long livestock feed trough [F] parallels the west portion of the above described <br />secondary site access road running through the center of the un-mined west half interior of <br />the site. <br />The "Doing Ditch" [G] parallels and crosses the perntit azea south boundary, both inside <br />and outside of the pettnit area. Two small (''/o-acre) settling ponds [H] with earth retaining <br />dikes are located in the north-to-south intemtittent drainage arroyo that bisects the center of <br />the permit azea. <br />Livestock fences [I] border the west edge of the permit azea and divide the unmined west <br />half of the permit area . <br />All of the above structures are property of the host landowner, George Glasier, except for <br />the in-pit processing equipment and stockpiles belonging to the lessee and <br />operator/applicant, West End Gravel Company. <br />A copy of a damage reimbursement agreement with Mr. Glasier is attached. <br />
