The response numbering follows that presented in the Division's letter. <br />Concern i 5 -The text has been revised to reflect that the railroad will be not be undermined by <br />Panel 5 Right. <br />Concerns 19 and 21 -The text has been modified to explain the relationship of the residences to <br />the proposed mine plan. <br />Concern 28 -The text has been modified to reflect the language proposed by the Division. <br />Concern 33 - A wpy of the transect data is attached for the Division to review and it can be <br />inserted into Exhibit 7j. <br />Concern 34 -The text, page 2.06-25.4, has been modified to show that TCC will continue to use <br />its existing surface and alluvial monitoring stations along Fish Creek to determine downstream <br />impacts on the Fish Creek AVF. <br />Concern 43 -The text has been revised to show that the mine, and its laboratories, follow the <br />methodologies presented in "Standard Methods for the Examination Of Water and Wastewater" <br />or the methodology in 40 CFR 136 and 434. <br />Concern 44 <br />(a) -The dates of collection and analysis of the samples are provided on page 2.03-3.3 of <br />the text. <br />(b) -The dates of collection and analysis of the samples are provided on page 2.03-3.3 of <br />the text. <br />(c) -The dates of collection and analysis of the samples are provided on page 2.03-3.3 of <br />the test. <br />Twentymile Coal Company <br />29515 Routt County Road N27 <br />Oak Creek, Colorado 80467 <br />970-879-3800 <br /> <br />
