<br />acknowledged, ha s grunted, bargained, sold, remised, released and forever gnibclaimed, and by these

<br />the second part, its heirs and assigns, the following described property, situate, lying sad being in
<br />Green Mountain Mining District, in the County of Gunnison ,and
<br />State of Colorado, to wit:
<br />MAMMOTH and BELLE VALAISANE Lode Mining Claims, U. S. Survey No.
<br />13897; MODOC and ONLY CHANCE Lode Mining Claims, U. S. Survey No.
<br />17455; EXCEPT an undivided 1/4 interest in all minerals of whatso-
<br />ever kind or nature, as reserved unto Frank Nisley, Jr. and Ivan P.
<br />Kladder by deed dated April 12, 1979, recorded in Book 531, page
<br />853 of the Gunnison County records; an undivided 1/2 interest in
<br />the GOOD RECORD Lode Mining Claim, Survey No. 9126;
<br />RESERVING UNTO grantor a common right of way for an easement over
<br />the existing roads situated on the within-described property for
<br />purposes of ingress and egress to and from other mining properties
<br />owned by or in which the grantor has or may obtain ownership or
<br />possessory interest; provided that in the event of destruction of
<br />any road by grantee, the grantor shall have the right to relocate
<br />roads at his expense in such locations as will not interfere with
<br />the mining operations of the grantee, its heirs or assigns;
<br />TOGETHER with all the dips, spurs, and angles, and all the metals, ores, gold and silver-bearing
<br />quartz, rock and earth therein, and all the rights, privileges and franchisee thereto incident, appendant
<br />and appartenant, or therewith usually had and enjoyed; and all and singular the tenements, heredita-
<br />meats and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reats,iasnea and profits
<br />thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, as well is law as in
<br />equity, of the said part }, of the first part, of, in or to the said premises, and every part and parcel
<br />thereof, with the appurtenances.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all sad singular, the said premises, together with the appurtenances
<br />and privileges thereto incident, unto the said party of the second part its heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
