Uttany <br />Fremont County Division Director <br />Fremont County Commissioners Natural Resource Trustee <br />615 Macon Ave., Room #105 <br />Canon City, CO 81212 <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application Package, <br />Quargmire Creek, Permit No. M-1990-047, AM -1 <br />Dear Mr. McNew: <br />On November 7, 2003, the Division of Minemis and Geology received your 110 Constvction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Amendment application for the Quazgmire Creek, which is located in Fremont County. <br />All comment and review periods began on November 7, 2003. The decision date for your application is <br />scheduled for December 8, 2003. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the <br />notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all <br />owners of record of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 <br />days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return <br />Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any <br />changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review copy <br />which has been placed with the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of <br />the Act.
