PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Notice is hereby give that a Phase III bond release application to release 73.5 acres for mining <br />permit number C-81-024 approved March 12, 1984, for Kaiser Ventures, Inc. Colorado Coal <br />Mine No. I located in Huerfano County, Colorado has filed with the Colorado Division of <br />~ Minerals and Geology. Kaiser Ventures, Inc. is the applicant and its business address is 3633 E. <br />_ [nland Empire Boulevard, Suite 850, Ontario, California 91764. <br />This Phase III bond release relates to appropriate revegetation success of the surface disturbance <br />' azeas which were reclaimed in 1989 and 1992. If released, the current bond of $37,500.00 would <br />be released in total. The mine site is located three miles north of Wallenberg, Colorado. These <br />lands may be located on the USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle named Wallenberg North. The permit <br />t area is located: beginning at a point at the NW corner of Section 25, Range 67 West, Township <br />27 South, Huerfano County, Colorado: thence S 87° 16' 1" E 1518 feet; thence S 37° 58' 13" <br />E 6605 feet; thence S 3° 17' 1" W 189 feet; thence N 89° 45' 44" W 5397 feet. thence N 1 ° 47' <br />' 6" W 5448 feet.
