The Division had stipulated the
permit that Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. (HGTI) would submit a revision to their surface
and ground water monitoring. Steve and I met with representatives of HGTI on June 24,
1993 at the HG loadout to discuss this issue. In attendance were Brian Dunfee, Ted Smith,
and Dennis Jones. Their technical revision submission agrees with what was discussed.
Please review this revision and comment on any discrepancies or disagreements you may
have arith the proposed sampling plan. If you do have disagreements T'ed requests that the
Division explain the potential for impacts. Also, HGTI wants to know what material
damage criteria are for this section of Dry Creek.
I need to send an adequacy letter by August 31, 1993 so if you could provide your comments
by August 30, 1993 I would appreciate it.
T~lank you.
m: \coal\j hb\C92081 \TROl.dab
