The permit allows for periodic adjustments. Now is the time.
The 30 acres of mining and 30 acres of reclamation is not feasible at this site. We are
presently utilizing 50 acres for plants, mining, stockpiling, wash ponds and storm detention
ponds and there is still not one place available to reclaim.
Therefore, we request to increase the maximum disturbed area to 100 acres and when a
minimum of 10 acres is available, reclamation will be done. The Bond will thusly need to
be adjusted.
Thank you for considering this matter, and please contact me.
Sincerely,
f~~~~~
M.
