Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application Package, <br />Fremont Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1984-117, AM - 2 <br />Deaz Mr. Garrett: <br />On November 20, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Amendment application for the Fremont Gravel Pit, which is located in Fremont <br />County. Please refer to this amendment as AM-02. All comment and review periods began on November <br />20, 2002. The decision date far your application is scheduled for December 20, 2002. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the <br />notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all <br />owners of record of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 <br />days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return <br />Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to [he decision date. Additionally, any <br />changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review copy <br />which has been placed with the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of <br />the Act.
