Volume 5, Tab 9
1. Replace existing Exhibit 9-3 with the revised exhibit.
Volume 6, Tab 10
1. Replace existing page 44 with the revised page.
2. Replace existing Exhibit 10-3 with the revised exhibit.
Volume 7, Tab 13
1. Replace the existing Table of Contents pages ii and iii, and
page 2 with the revised pages.
2. In Attachment 13-2, replace the existing cover page and page
13-2-1 with the revised pages.
3. Insert new Attachment 13-4E, Sedimentation Structure Pond
006 - Phase V Design Report, following existing Attachment
13-4D.
Volume 7a, Tab 13
1. In Attachment 13-SB, replace existing pages 6 and 8 with the
revised pages.
2. In Attachment 13-SB, Appendix 1, Sediment Pond SEDCAD
Results, replace the SEDCAD output pages for ponds 016 and
017 only, with the revised pages.
3. In Attachment 13-SB, Appendix 3, Post Mining Channel Design,
replace the entire existing SEDCAD output, with the revised
