' ~ EXHIBIT D S <br />MINING PLAN AND TIh1ETABLE <br />1 <br />History <br />The property included in this conversion application was <br />1 leased in hfarch 1974 from P,irs. Gladys E. Ramstetter and in <br />December 1973 from Pattridge Polled Herefords, Inc. The Ramstetter <br />1 lease contained 2S acres, and the Pattridge lease contained <br />33 acres, for a total of 61 acres. In 1974 Asphalt Paving applied <br />' to Jefferson County for a special exception to allow mining under <br />A-2 zoning. In April 1975 county approval was given for five <br />1 years after which time the operation would be reviewed. In July <br />' of 1974 Asphalt applied for a 1lined Land Reclamation Board Permit <br />which was granted in t:iay of 1976 (1~SLRB Permit X74-86). <br />' The lease from Mrs. Ramstetter has been expanded and now <br />contains 99.942 acres, and the Pattridge lease, also expanded, <br />' is now 77.086 acres. Asphalt owns 30.382 acres. Therefore, the <br />' property under consideration includes a total of 207.41 acres. <br />Asphalt Paving has made application to rezone 207.41 acres to <br />1 Mineral-Conservation zoning in Jefferson County. The application <br />has been approved by the Jeffco Planning Commission. This <br />' conversion application is for the 61 acres covered by h4LRB Permit <br />No. 74-86 plus 146.41 acres to be affected.
