This presents a serious health hazard for <br />NON individuals whom suffer from respiratory ailmeats. Arkins must demonstrate to the citizens of the <br />f ~ h ~~ State of Colorado and Arkins employees that a safe work environment would be <br />guazanteed. This information would be available to the public as a Occupational <br />1 ~~ ~ ~ S Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Emergency and Fire Prevention Plan <br />S 1~ a 1. ~ (20 CFR Part 1910.38). <br />M u ~ '1 The aforementioned issues must be addressed sufficiently prior to the issuance of the <br />112 Mining Permit. If these issues can not be addressed and the public is not allowed <br />a chance to review and comment then this permit must be denied. The citizens of <br />Lyons, Boulder County, and the State of Colorado have a right to ensure that then <br />communities and the natural environment are protected from destruction.
