<br />Please be advised that on May 17, 1996, Morgan County, whose address and
<br />telephone number are 213 Ensign, Fort Morgan, CO 80701; (970) 867-8202, filed
<br />an amendment application to Permit No. M-79-210, the Foiles Pit, which is
<br />located at or near Section 4, Township 5N, Range 56W, 6th Prime Meridian, in
<br />Morgan County. The application decision is scheduled for June 17, 1996.

<br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology,
