Your letter was in response to our application for an <br />amendment to our current Construction Materials Operation Permit. <br />Our current mining operations on State Highway 120 are covered under State Highway <br />Access Permit #292031 and Permit #292028. We do not anticipate any change in access or traffic <br />volume under these permits.
