VanSlyke, Supervising Geologist C~ <br />Colorado Division of Water Resources <br />SUBJECT': Valco G++nn;cnn Concrete Div., Rozman Pit, File No. M$1-014 <br />Sections 12, 13 & 18, T14S, R86W, 6th PM <br />Water Division 4, Water District 59 <br />We have reviewed the application for the Valco Rozman Pit, as per your request of August <br />27, 1992. The application is to conduct mining of gravel and to reclaim the area. The <br />application states that no groundwater will be intercepted or used in the operation. We, <br />therefore, recommend that the application be approved.
