JLN 05 '97 07:33RM DIViMINERRLS&GEDLOGY
04,28 '00 00=49 ID:[ANIERFWC3800
Mr. Routten
Juae 4, 1997
page 3
FAX=.
P.4i4
PACE 3
changing Acceaa Road 3 to Light use road to reduce the
drainage and surfacing design requitement as long as it can
be left in. place.
103. c. - This has to do with drainage along Haul Road 5 which we
share with Public Service Company of Colorado. we did have
culverts under the road in a couple of spots for drainage
control and they requested that they be blocked because the
Health 'Dept. wanted them to take Care of drainage on their
side of the road. we do sot believe that we need to design
a ditch to meet their changing disturbance neede_
l0'3 f. - A return of the "headwater" issue, see question 96.
123. Thies was partially a permit maintenance issue and the
requested curseRt certi#ications have been submitted. We
believe that photos were taken while the underdrains were
being installed but we are usable to locate them. Would you
please supply us with a copy of them. The Division did get
a copy of them according to the rags did they not? i have
already been sited for ancient paper work and I am tired of
continued requests for old stuff that was not being enforced
by the Division at that time. I believe that there neede to
be some kind of statute of limitations on files and records
that have to be kept available to the Division and to the
Public.
Please review these issues and let me know you would propose
handing them.
Z J~? ~.
.`~hke
cc: ban Mathews, nMl~
