The r port indicates <br />that the site has been, and may continue to be, inactive for at le st six months. <br />Please refer to the Minerals Rules and Regulations Sections 1,6.2 nd 1,6,2(2)(a) <br />which state that if an operation ceases production for a period of 160 days or <br />more, the operator must file a Notice of Temporary Cessation with he Board. This <br />notice must state the date of cessation, the reasons for cessation a plan for the <br />resumption of mining, a description of those activities the operat r will take to <br />ensure compliance with the permit reclamation requirements and a d scription of <br />site maintenance activities to ensure compliance with the performs ce standards <br />(Rule 6j.
