If all runoff from the mine site is contained on <br />site, with no dischazge off-site expected, a stormwater permit is not required. Given your description of <br />the pit, it appears that a stormwater permit is not needed. Keep in mind that any change in this situation <br />would require application for a stormwater permit, at least 30 days prior to any dischazge taking place. <br />I appreciate your attention to this matter.
