<br />The Division requests that Trapper Mining Inc. provide a map showing estimated locations of
<br />the mature shrub transplant in the Annual Reclamation Reports. This will allow the Division to
<br />review the spatial distribution of the transplant areas.
<br />2. According to the 1994 Annual Reclamation Report, Table 4.9-4, at the end of the current
<br />permit term, 1993-97, Trapper Mining Inc. will have an excess of 1,097,028 cubic yards of
<br />topsoil. What does Trapper Mining Inc. plan to do with the surplus topsoil?

<br />,,,,t~Q Rule 4.06.1(2) states that topsoil shall be immediately redistributed or stockpiled pending
<br />„[~„, redistribution. Rule 4.06.3(1) addresses stockpile storage of topsoil with intention to
<br />1'~'-` redistribute the material on regraded azeas. Trapper Mining Inc. needs to submit a plan to the
<br />Division that addresses redistribution of the surplus topsoil.
