Box 518, Somerset, <br />Colorado 81434, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews <br />and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations at the <br />Bear Mine. The technical revision proposes to amend the subsidence monitoring <br />program at 9 of 16 monitoring stations.
