Box 550, Rocky Ford ,Colorado, 81067, has filed an application for an <br />amendment to Reclamation Permit, M-77-572, with the Colorado Mined Lan(i Reclamation <br />Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The mine i:t known as the <br />Lamar East Pit, and is located at or near Section 29, Township 22 South, Range 46 West, 6th <br />Prime Meridian. <br />Mining and reclamation at this site began in 1948 and is estimated to be completed in 201 I. The <br />land will be reclaimed to its original use.
