USF&WS <br />determined that they needed a consultation with OSM regarding water depletion associated with <br />increased coal extraction rate, see letter dated April 11, 1997 from Paul Krueger, USF&WS. <br />Greg stated that he called USF&WS the week of May 12th, but had not heard back from them. <br />Greg said he would call them today. I reminded him that we are waiting on word from <br />OSM/USF&WS to make a decision on this revision. <br />
