Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Tms[ee <br />Notice to Parties and interested Persona in the Matter of <br />the Sokol Pit 112C Amendment Application. <br />Re: Pre- hearing Conference, Sokol Pit Sand and Gravel <br />Mine, Amendment Application M-1980-193 <br />Dear Party and/or interested Person: <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) has <br />received an objection to the Amendment application for the <br />Sokol Pit Sand and Gravel Mine. Rule 1.4.9(2)(c) requires <br />that the Division issue a Letter of Recommendation to the <br />Board by no later than November 14t1i 2005. The Letter of <br />Rational shall be mailed out on or before October 21st 2005 <br />to meet the requirements of the Rule for a minimum of 3 <br />working days prior to the Pre-Hearing conference. A party <br />may by verbal or written request to the Office receive a <br />copy of the Letter of Rational be faxed on the date of <br />issue. <br />bean scheduled to occur on <br />October 26`°, 2005, beginning at 11:OOa.m. at 1313 Sherman <br />Street, ROOM 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />Mr. Dan Hernandez will preside as Pre-Hearing Conference <br />Officer.
