This plan is being
submitted for MLRD review and approval consistent with reclamation provisions
contained in the Kerr Permit Application Document (Re: Pages 780-83aa, 780-83bb,
and 816-155).
Part of the impetus for submittal of the grazing plan at this time has been MLRD
requests for initiation of grazing in order to address concerns relative to woody
plant reestablishment. Given that both the MLRD and Kerr concur relative to
potential beneficial long term effects of grazing, your cooperation in expediting
review and approval of this plan request will be greatly appreciated. Timely
approvals will enable Kerr to proceed with this seasons grazing while conditions are
most favorable.
As always, we will be happy to cooperate with you to facilitate review. Please let me
know if we can respond to any questions or address any concerns you may have
relative to this request.
Best Regards,
ACZ Inc.
Jerry~~~ettleton
cc: George Patterson/Kerr
Rich Munson/EFC
