The new approach, which eliminates the existing catchment basins, will be <br />incorporated into the next submittal of responses for above referenced TR-18. The designs to <br />be submitted are intended to eliminate the issue of the catchment basins being impoundments, <br />and will reduce the existing steep inslopes that have been addressed as issues in the recent <br />Phase [bond release inspection. <br />The above design changes will require approximately one week to complete and submit. <br />Given this time and the time required for your review and approval, EFMC respectfully <br />requests an extension of the decision date for TR-18 to May 8, 1995. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. <br />Sincerely, <br />Energy Fuels Mining Company <br />G2_ <br />Allen S.
