Any amendment to the County Zoning Resolution should not be <br /> considered until the new Corps of Engineers flood study for <br /> South Boulder Creek is available; <br /> 2. If the area protected by the dike is to be considered for <br /> removal from the floodplain in the future, the applicant <br /> would be responsible for modifying the proposed or constructed <br /> dike to meet the requirements following the Corps of <br /> Engineers study; <br /> 3.
