Main, Ste. 215, Lamar, CO 81052; (719) 336-5536, filed an application to convert M-1987-009, Jones Pit East, a 110(c) Limed Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 30, Township 22S, Range 43 W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Prowers County. The application decision is scheduled for November 15, 2001. A copy of the application is available for review at the Prowers Cotmty Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Divi:.ion of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. Lf you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered m the application review process by the Division.
