Please be advised that on August l7, 2001, Prowers County, whose address and telephone number are 301 S.
Main, Ste. 215, Lamar, CO 81052; [phone], Sled an application to convert M-1987-009, Jones Pit East,
a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The
mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 30, Township 225, Range 43 W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Prowers County. The application decision is scheduled for November 15, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Prowers County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
